At Karma Fine Indian Cuisine, our Butter Chicken (Murgh Makhani) has been a cornerstone of the menu since we opened in 2006. Prepared using time-honoured techniques and premium ingredients, this dish has earned its place as one of the most beloved Indian dishes in Southeast Calgary.
Tender boneless chicken is marinated in a blend of yogurt and aromatic spices, then gently simmered in our signature sauce crafted from tomatoes, fresh butter, cream, garam masala, fenugreek, and cardamom. The result is a velvety, fragrant curry with layers of flavour.
