At Karma Fine Indian Cuisine, our Chicken Tikka is a true showcase of the tandoor — the ancient clay oven that defines authentic North Indian cooking. Since 2006, this dish has remained one of our most ordered items by regulars and newcomers alike.
We start with large, premium boneless chicken pieces marinated for hours in a blend of yogurt, ginger, garlic, and traditional spices.
