At Karma Fine Indian Cuisine, our Garlic Naan is more than just a side — it's a highlight of the meal. Baked fresh to order in our authentic clay tandoor, it arrives at your table piping hot and impossibly soft, with the unmistakable aroma of fresh garlic.
We use a traditional white flour dough, hand-stretched and slapped directly onto the walls of the tandoor at high heat. This method creates the characteristic slight char on the outside and a pillowy, chewy interior. Each naan is generously topped with fresh minced garlic and finished with butter.
