Premium boneless lamb is braised low and slow in a deeply flavoured onion-base gravy, enriched with ripe tomatoes, vibrant green peppers, and a carefully balanced Kashmiri spice blend. The extended cooking time allows the lamb to become remarkably tender while absorbing the complex, aromatic sauce.
