At Karma Fine Indian Cuisine, our Tandoori Chicken is a testament to the power of the traditional clay oven. Roasted in the same authentic tandoor that has been the heart of Indian cooking for centuries, this dish delivers bold, smoky flavour in every bite.
We use a full half chicken, marinated overnight in a blend of yogurt, ginger, garlic, and a house spice mix that includes traditional tandoori masala, chilli, and turmeric. The long marination ensures the spices penetrate deep into the meat before it is roasted at intense heat in the clay oven, producing a beautifully charred exterior and juicy, tender interior.
